城镇化、要素禀赋与城市产业结构升级——基于中国345个城市的空间计量分析

摘要： 基于中国城市层面数据,运用空间计量模型检验城镇化对城市产业结构升级的影响路径和强度。研究结果表明,人口城镇化对城市产业结构升级有正向的促进作用,土地城镇化不利于城市产业结构升级;人口城镇化的城市储蓄总额路径对城市产业结构升级的影响强度最大,城市科技人员数量路径次之,环境约束路径不显著;土地城镇化的城市储蓄总额路径强度最大,且强度方向为负,城市科技人员数量路径次之,环境约束最小。EDA分析结果表明,中小城市城镇化同产业结构升级负相关;东部地区大城市和特大城市人口城镇化对产业结构升级的正向作用最大,其次是中部,西部最弱;土地城镇化对不同区域大城市和特大城市产业结构升级的促进作用均较弱。

Abstract: Based on the data of city level in our country, using the spatial econometric model, empirically the influence of urbanization on the path and intensity of the urban industrial structure upgrade.The results show that the population urbanization on the city industrial structure upgrade has a positive role in promoting, land urbanization hinder the city industrial structure upgrade. Population urbanization through the path of urban total savings has most strong influence on urban industry structure upgrade, followed by the number of science and technology personnel, the influence of the environmental constraints was not significant;Land urbanization through the path of total savings has the most strong impact on industrial structure upgrade, and the direction of the strength is negative, the second is the number of science and technology personnel, the last is the environment constraints.EDA analysis results show that the urbanization of small cities has negatively related with the upgrade of industrial structure; and the urban population urbanization of eastern big cities have the largest positive effect on industrial structure upgrade, followed by the central and western;Land urbanization of big cites in different regions has little effect to promote the industrial structure upgrade.
