数字经济视阈下农业农村现代化对共同富裕影响的空间溢出效应

摘要： 既有文献鲜有对农业农村现代化与共同富裕关系的综合性研究,从数字经济视角探讨农业农村现代化如何影响共同富裕的机制探讨更显不足。本文基于2011—2021年全国31个省级面板数据,构建农业农村现代化及共同富裕水平评价指标体系,获得评估结果,并从数字经济视角实证检验了农业农村现代化对共同富裕影响的空间溢出效应。研究结果表明:中国各省农业农村现代化水平在空间上存在正向的相互影响关系,且影响程度不断加强;农业农村现代化能够有效提升全体人民共同富裕水平,对邻省有显著的促进作用,且在时间上存在滞后效应,在空间上存在空间溢出效应;农业农村现代化可通过数字经济间接促进共同富裕;农业农村现代化对不同地理区位、粮食主产区共同富裕作用方向一致,但其作用强度及空间溢出效应存在较大差别,对非粮食主产区存在"虹吸"效应。

Abstract: There are few comprehensive studies on the relationship between agricultural and rural modernization and common prosperity in the existing literature, and there is even less research from the perspective of digital economy on how agricultural and rural modernization affects common prosperity. Based on the panel data of 31 provincial units in China from 2011 to 2021, this paper constructs an evaluation index system for agricultural and rural modernization and common prosperity level, obtains evaluation results, and empirically tests the spatial spillover effect of agricultural and rural modernization on common prosperity from the perspective of digital economy. The research results indicate that:There is a positive spatial interdependence in the level of agricultural and rural modernization in China's provinces, and the influence strengthens over time; Agricultural and rural modernization can effectively improve the level of common prosperity for all people, and has a significant promotion effect on neighboring provinces, with a time lag effect and a spatial spillover effect; Agricultural and rural modernization can indirectly promote common prosperity through digital economy; The direction of the role of agricultural and rural modernization in promoting common prosperity for different geographic locations, grain-producing areas is consistent, but the intensity of the role and the spatial spillover effect are different, and there is a "suction" effect on non-grain-producing areas.
