Abstract: Many ideas of financial supervision system were put forward from the aspects of banking supervision, securities supervision and insurance supervision in the transformation of financial supervision in modern times. Although different of the government's supervision of financial markets varies in different historical periods due to factors such as regime change,these contain the value of state power and market rights generally. These not only had provided public opinion preparation and intellectual support for the construction of the financial supervision system in that year, but also provide some useful references for the realization of promising government and effective market in the current financial field of our country.
