非营利组织社会责任驱动因素研究:基于81所部属高校的证据

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 基于2014年教育部等部委所属的81所高校的决算数据，分别从资源富余度、政治关联和外部治理环境压力三个角度，对非营利组织的社会责任驱动因素开展实证研究。研究表明，组织规模与非营利组织社会责任投入负相关，该结论并不支持资源富余度假说，政治关联对非营利组织社会责任的投入存在正向影响，但外部治理环境压力对组织社会责任投入并没有影响。

Abstract: Based on the data of financial reports of 81 CED and others universities in 2014 year, the driving influence of organization size, political connection and external governance environment on Organization Social Responsibility (OSR) of Non-Profit Organization (NPO). Empirical evidences suggest that the organization size reduces OSR level, and the political connection may have positive relationship with OSR. Whereas, the external governance environment shows no impact on OSR.
