线路型文化资源旅游竞合发展格局构建及其应用研究——以秦直道文化资源为例

Construction and Application Research of Cooperation-Competition Development Pattern on Route-type Culture Resource Tourism - A Case Study of Qin Straight Road

摘要: 基于线路型文化资源特点,借鉴文化廊道旅游开发方式,引入竞合理论,探讨文化廊道旅游竞合发展格局构建。首先,以层次分析法建立文化廊道各区段旅游发展能力评价体系,其权重结果表明资源条件(0.49)是影响其旅游发展的关键因素,其余为区段发展能力(0.23)、区段环境条件(0.16)、区段社会条件(0.12)。其次,对秦直道文化资源进行实证研究,根据其区段旅游发展能力综合评价结果,确立了“近期—中期—远期”的开发时序,及 “一个龙头、一处基地、两个中心、三大圈层”的空间竞合策略。据此,线路型文化资源要构建文化廊道旅游竞合发展格局,应对文化廊道进行区段划分,并以各区段旅游发展能力评价结果为基础,以此明确各区段特色,构建差异化的区段旅游格局,进而确立整体空间竞合策略,助推沿线旅游高质量发展。

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of linear culture resources, this paper discusses the construction of the development pattern of the cultural corridor tourism by referring to the development mode of cultural corridor tourism and introducing the theory of competition and cooperation.Firstly, the evaluation system of tourism development capacity of each section of cultural corridor is established by AHP. The result shows that resource condition (0.49) is the key factor affecting its tourism development, and the rest are regional development capacity (0.23), regional environmental condition (0.16), and regional social condition (0.12).Secondly, taking Qin Straight Road as an example, the empirical research is carried out. According to the comprehensive evaluation results of its regional tourism development capacity, "Recent-Medium-forward "development timing, and" a faucet, one base, two centers, three circles level "space competition strategy are established. Therefore, the construction of cultural corridor tourism cooperation-competition development pattern should be based on the evaluation results of tourism development capacity of each section, so as to clarify the characteristics of each section, to construct differentiated tourism pattern of each section, and then to establish the overall spatial competition and cooperation strategy to boost regional development along the line.
