Study on the Coupling Response of low-carbon economy and Environment System in Karst Areas-A Case Study for Guizhou

Abstract: In order to interpretation coupling coordination state change trend and the relationship of low carbon economy and environmental system, this paper took low carbon economy and the environment coordination as the breakthrough point, by applying variation coefficient, coupling and coupling coordination degree model, the low carbon economy and environmental system coupling, coupling coordination degree were measured and analyzed. The research results showed that low carbon economy and environmental system coupling was fluctuation decline trend from 2005 to 2015 in Karst poverty mountainous area, but the decline was very small,0.75 < C < 1.0, the coupling level in good level. Comprehensive development index, the coupling coordination degree showed a significant increase in the overall trend of rise 115.30% and 36.32%, respectively, 0.4 ≤ D<0.6, belongs to the types of maladjusted the brink of recession to forced type of coordinated development. Comprehensive analysis showed that was better to coupling coordination degree of low carbon economy and environmental system, the regional synergy of two systems showed a increase trend. Which reveal system coordinated development of low carbon economy and environment in the study area had achieved certain results, but there are a lot of improve room.
