Abstract: On account of the public product theory and entropy TOPSIS analysis method, take the 31 provinces in China as the research object, selection of 14 indexes from five aspects, to measure the dynamic changes of the rural public goods supply level in provinces of China from 2010 to 2014, and empirically the rural public products supply effect on reducing of rural poverty.The results showed that:China's rural public products supply level is the overall upward trend from 2010 to 2014, rural public goods supply level gap between regions showed a trend of shrinking and in the space characteristic the eastern region was significantly higher compare to the Midwest, there are existence space agglomeration phenomenon an positively spatial autocorrelation;Rural public goods supply of rural poverty reduction has a positive effect, but the rural public product supply impact on poverty reduction is diminishing marginal effect.
