An Empirical Analysis Based on the Strategic Strength of Enterprise Comprehensive Strength and Growth Rate

Abstract: Strategy formulation is an important research hotspot in the field of enterprise management. In recent years, many experts and scholars began to pay attention to the theoretical basis of enterprise management and strategic objectives. In order to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises under the market economy and enable them to have higher overall strength, this paper proposes a comprehensive strength and growth rate strategy model based on quantitative analysis based on the relevant theoretical basis, and designs the strategic model where The abscissa of the objective function is the comprehensive strength, and the ordinate is the comprehensive strength growth rate. In accordance with the principles of comprehensiveness and reliability, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of comprehensive strength of enterprises, and uses SPSS data analysis software to carry out factor analysis on the obtained index data to calculate the final comprehensive strength score and comprehensive strength growth rate of each enterprise to be evaluated. Through the analysis and research of related enterprise data, it is practical and reliable to verify the comprehensive strength and growth rate of the strategic model of the enterprise, and it can provide the enterprise with an appropriate strategy for the development and management of business and provide the managers with the correct theoretical basis for strategic decision-making.
