Abstract: Based on the data of financial reports of 81 CED and others universities in 2014 year, the driving influence of organization size, political connection and external governance environment on Organization Social Responsibility (OSR) of Non-Profit Organization (NPO). Empirical evidences suggest that the organization size reduces OSR level, and the political connection may have positive relationship with OSR. Whereas, the external governance environment shows no impact on OSR.
